Zadby Jump-Start Program

While Zadby's pay-per-view model provides brands with a low-risk method for the creation of product placement videos, we understand the importance of having exceptional companies and brands as part of our marketplace. So as part of our initial launch, Zadby has created a Jump-Start Program, where selected brands can enroll in our online marketplace and Zadby will deposit $2,000 in their account for the creation of one or more Campaigns and associated Commissions.¹

The following outlines the basic responsibilities for this program in relation to the program:

Zadby Responsibilities:

• Deposit $2,000 into the Brand's Zadby account for use in the creation of a Campaign and associated Commissions.
• Manage the distribution of digital assets to freelance video producers for the creation of product placement videos based on requirements defined by the Brand within the Zadby marketplace.
• Provide personalized support for Brand personnel to set up and manage their Zadby Account, Campaign, and any Commissions associated with it.

Brand Responsibilities:

• Provide requirements for the creation of a Zadby facilitated product placement video.
• Provide timely feedback as to the acceptance or rejection of submitted videos.
• Agree to the creation and distribution of a mutually agreed upon joint press release regarding the Brand�s use of and results with the Zadby marketplace.

Zadby is excited about having top-tier and up-and-coming Brands join our online marketplace and we are eager to show the value of the novel combination of freelance video and online product placement. Please note that there are a limited number of Jump-Start slots and we already have several Brands in the works. So if you are interested, don't dawdle.

¹ While the dollars will go into an escrow account set up in the name of the Brand, these funds must be spent with Zadby Inc. and may not be withdrawn as cash nor transferred to another account.
